Our official COVID announcement:

We strongly encourage masks for all vaccinated and unvaccinated festival goers. We have several sanitizing stations including UV sanitizing wands. We have booked 3 major venues to ensure there is plenty of space to have a safe capacity for everyone to feel comfortable with. In addition gameplay will have table caps on specific events to insure spacing between players for safe play. Cleaning times and room caps for panels are included in our setup and precautions. We will also have a “safe zone” between DM’s and players as well as between panelist and attendees. The meet and greet areas are not shared among guests and have an 8 ft barrier. Traveling Special guests have a SafeSpace meeting option. There is a 2000 person capacity in the Great Hall of Many (Vendor Space). Everyone is encouraged to do what makes them feel the most safe and comfortable.
